1. Product Display & Enquiries

Our website is created to give customers a smoother browsing experience and a clearer view of our collections, colours, seasonal pieces, ready stock, and sale items.

Once you find a product you love, orders are finalised directly through our WhatsApp, where size requirements, customisations, availability, and final details are confirmed personally.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are made to order. This means items are specially prepared based on your selected size, preferences, or order request.

Because of this, slight variations in placement, stitching, trims, or fabric cut may naturally occur.

3. Ready Stock & Sourced Products

Some products are available as ready stock and may be dispatched sooner depending on availability.

Certain items may also be carefully sourced from trusted vendors. We select these with the same care we give our own collection.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is completed and final details are discussed with us.

Production or dispatch timelines begin after confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

As most orders are prepared specifically for each customer, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

We request customers to review all details carefully before confirming payment.

6. Dispatch Timeline

Our standard dispatch timeline is 6 to 7 working days, depending on product type, quantity, and workload.

Urgent orders may be accommodated separately based on availability and schedule.

7. Product Colours & Appearance

We try our best to present products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, or photography.
